For Example: (190 x 0.05) + 3.5 + 0.65 (calculated according to total) = S$13.65
General Terms & Conditions }
1. Enquiries will be entertained through email (elyessence@gmail.com)
2. Meetups will not be organised no matter under what circumstances. Please opt for postage.
3. We're not responsible for any loss/damage of items during postage. Registered postage would be much recommended.
4. No deadbuyers.
5. No backing out at the last minute.
6. FYI, sprees takes time to cap, therefore, please be patient. If you're not patient, do not order for sprees.
7. We have the right to cancel any sprees due to unforseen circumstances.
8. Refunds will only be made if item is OOS or when the spree is cancelled.
9. Please double check your order before sending in.
10. No swaps will be entertained - unless stated.
Payments }
11. No payment = No order.
12. Make payment only when the confirmation is given, within 24hours, else order will be cancelled.
13. All payments only through bank transfer. Concealed cash will not be entertained.
14. All payments are to be made to the bank account number given.
15. No cancellation or refunds after confirmation & payment.
Postage }
16. Normal Postage is FREE.
17. Registered Postage: Additional $2.30.
Heavier items like jackets, shoes and bags: Prices will be advised.
Heavy Accessories (Belts/Shawls/Leggings): $3 per item
Light Apparels (Light Tops/Bikinis/Pull-Over Hoodies): $3.50 per item
Heavy Apparels (Jackets/Jeans/Dress/Shorts): $4 per item
Bags: $4.50 per item
Shoes: $5 per item
